Here's a beautiful rendering by Fabio Lomelino (@lomelinofh) of a recent teach I did at the InCommons Art of Hosting in Minnesota last week.  I spoke about how to host diverse groups to do good work together.  As in all good harvests, I learned something by seeing the meaning he made of my words. Amazing what you can discover when you're own work is seen through someone else's eyes!
