Art of Hosting - November 14-16, 2014

Emphasizing the need for skills in working collectively balanced with the deep personal work needed to lead transformative change, we’ll spend our time in conversation about what we know and what we still have to learn about making meaningful change in ourselves, our organizations, and our communities.
OSU Partnership!
This particular Art of Hosting will be offered in partnership with The Women’s Place (TWP) of The Ohio State University. TWP is working with others in the university system to explore how implicit bias impacts the creation of an equitable and inclusive university environment. Implicit bias is “attitudes or stereotypes that affect our understanding, actions, and decisions in an unconscious manner” or “unconscious associations that occur automatically and quickly due to internalized stereotypes.”
